at 65 years old I would eliminate debt. I would want paid for dirt. At 65 I think you need to consider worst case situations. Worst case interest rates rise and stock market tanks. Being near retirement I think in a worst case it may take to long to recover. I am of the enjoy retirement mindset so I vote pay off dirt.
