ESW ND | May sound silly too, but are her legs the same length. From the years of compound jumping and walking and just life in general. Some peoples leg will get shorter than the other. I've talked to a couple that ended up having a tiny lift installed on their shoe to "level" that side to the other. Something to check into as well. We have a tendency to compensate for something hurting on our bodies and then that leads to other pains somewhere else. Sometimes not really realizing we are even doing it. Hope you can find some relief. Massage therapist.....great ones can help with hurts too. Infrared therapy is suppose to help with muscles too. I don't know. Never have done it. | |
