NWMO | I have no personal experience with this but I visited with a guy couple years ago from Northern Arkansas that has several complexes he said he only rents to retired people. A very stable customer base, not a lot of turnover and rent almost always on time. He also said many of them are gone South for the winter so there is less wear and tear on carpets etc. . Just a little tidbit of information to think about.
