Same farm as t-boss SC IA | This is the recipe I use for my potato soup. It’s the best in my opinion. I always cook the potatoes ahead of putting them in with everything else. I always make a big batch of this for the deer hunters & I’ve yet to bring any leftovers back to the house. I also use 8 cups of powdered milk since we don’t live next to the grocery store & that works just fine. It can get thick & I sometimes add some more milk to make it a little thinner. I also use 2 cups of taco cheese instead of just plain cheddar cheese. Those are just a couple of the changes I’ve made to the recipe. Try it...it’s really good! |
