Mine is similar to one above, except I boil my potatoes in as little water as possible and don’t drain them....keeping all the vitamins in the water. Add the cooked potatoes to the other ingredients. Doesn’t take as long to be ready since potatoes are already cooked and mixture does scorch or stick to pan as is likely with cooking milk for a longer time.
Anyone have a good potatoe bacon cheese soup reicipe?
