Fruita CO | I've had a hot tub for 25 years, it was in the house when we bought it. Yes, it will help with sore muscles & stiff joints. I consider the maintenance & expense worth it, & feel that I'm in better shape than lots of guys my age & profession because of it. Getting in the tub after working outside in the cold weather is a hell of a good feeling...yeah, I think I'm addicted... :)
Mine is in a sun room on the south side of the house, right off the master bedroom, a lot better than outside especially in winter, IMO.
