Subject: RE: Pool filling costs

NW Iowa. / SW Arizona
I’ve got a inground pool that holds right at 24,000 gallons of water to fill it. I put in 100% rural water as my well water isn’t the best. I don’t have the figures in front of me but it doesn’t cost anywhere near that much to fill mine. It wouldn’t be to far off of 10% of what your quoted for just the water and a couple hundred more for the blue tarp we lay down every year.

Our pool will be 30 years old this summer, I wish it was full of dirt and green as grass but my wife doesn’t want it filled in yet. Our grandkids and other kids still love it so it’ll continue to get filled every year for some time to come.

This is a picture of my nephew and his family this past summer.
