Mid-Michigan | I'm a little confused as to what you have. Is it winter wheat or are you planting spring wheat? If you have winter wheat nh3 is out. They apply that pre plant. I apply all of my p and k and a little n prior to planting in October. My urea and ams goes on before green up (bulk of n). I then apply 5 gallons of 28 with my herbicide and fungicide. Then about 3 weeks later the rest of my n (20 gal of 28) with streamers. I more pass with prosaro and done with wheat. Yes, this is expensive and no I'm not making much money. Usually 95-,120 bu. | |
