| As I have posted before: "AMS has two jobs. One requires it to be dissolved in the spray water before the glyphosate so it can tie up dirt and hard water ions that would wreck glyphosate. The other is that the N in the solution makes some weeds take in the spray solution better for better killing. Weeds like velvetleaf like the nitrogen."
I suppose AMS could be lowering the pH but I never checked pH. One the gone old timers on this forum always suggested citric acid to lower the pH.
