I use Bollinger Bands, moving averages, and RSI. Find the trend, draw a trend line or better yet a trend channel. Fibs/retracements are pretty handy too.

I have rules to selling physical.... trading above 20 and 50 day moving average, specs must be long, RSI over 58, profitable price. Not in the order listed, rules get broken sometimes.
