Should that not tell you something right there???? If it was such a sweet deal, all the locals would be doing it and the company wouldn't be paying you to bring beans from 150 miles away.

I tried the clear hilum deal about 10 years ago. All the issues previously mentioned were an issue. Yield sucked. Had a few small quality issues. They weren't gonna take them. But then that was about the time corn/bean carry out was shrinking. So they decided they better take them at about half the premium I was supposed to get. So at the end of the day I had a bunch of screwing around for the same $ as if I would have planted what everybody else did.
