Shut the fans off, you are just wasting electricity, you have done all
you can, as there is no drying with low temps, so cover the fans, and wait until
spring for warmer weather, 40's-50's plus. Get a guide for bin aeration and bin
drying, many extension services have them, I know NDSU has them.
