Also you re talking about taking out a large portion of the trading base. There are participants that trade without caring what a chart looks like or what the fundamentals are. There would be an incredibly lucrative derivatives market that I would love!!
We have a market that only producers can participate in, it’s called the basis market. We all know producers believe that is a fair, transparent, and efficient market (sarcasm). There isn’t a select few who dictate your income and there are a vast majority of financial instruments to protect your risk. It’s a matter of understanding them and utilizing them. | |
