Marion,ks

On the mudhole field its to late and wet to bother planting wheat and to cut up to mess with rowcrop( probally drown out anyway) probally should have  never planted it at all last fall.  There was probally 25% less acres planted around here all wheat behind rowcrops  most of the continous wheat was planted but any thing planted after Sept .30 had issues getting a stand , Sept. plantings look good except for water holes. I was lucky and planted early actually increased acres. Still I did not get hardly any planted behind soybeans and will have 250 acres of prevented planting.  Its going to be interesting getting any thing topdresssed considering how wet we are not great conditions for high yeild.
