Manitoba | just had a talk with a neighbor about 2x2x2 and while its a good idea in theory i'm not sure it's the best for certain micro's. first thing is i'm not sure any of the 2x2x2 attachments are really 2x2x2. they are on both sides, they are 2" away from seed, but most are NOT 2" below the seed, only a 2x2 is, not 2x2x2. and certain micro's like zinc for example are very immobile in soil, so if your two inches beside the seed but at same depth, how will roots ever intercept the band of zinc? just my thoughts, maybe i'm over complicating it though??? | |
