I wouldn’t do wheat but that’s me. Usually one application every 4-5 years is the most bang for your buck (unless the litter is dirt cheap). I am on my first year of litter, but have told them to put me down for 1/3 of my acres every year so I stay on the list. As far as town folk go, I plan on trying to cover the summer stockpiles with plastic to eliminate the odor over the summer.
