My equation I use to make recs calls for 1 ton of lime for no-till incorporating your quarry numbers.

I'd spread and no-till, has worked fine for us for decades. If you do work the ground, consider going to 1.3 ton. But the top 2-3 inches is all that need neutralized for crops.
