EC SoDak | This last harvest that crew kept it a lot more aggressive than usual, I’m trying to remember but I think harvest hit -.60 this fall. 17 harvest I think it hit -.65/8, ‘16 I think it hit in the -.70s. Current bid I think is -.40. Probably the biggest variance I remember in the last few years was them posting -.23 in sept of ‘16 (if I have the right year, might have been ‘15) but then harvest of ‘16 It widened way out from the massive crop.
To add: Part of the goal would be that July basis tightens up from what’s posted today. Rarely is the best summer basis bid posted 6 months ahead.
