SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass! | Used to love the cast-iron stuff. Forgot and grab the cast iron skillet with no hot pad a few years back. Fast forward a couple of years and I had one start on fire I like grabbed it to move it to a coal burner , no hot pad again. all my own fault yes I know that but I'm not getting any younger and I'm much more accident-prone than I used to be. Got a set of the copper pots off a TV and I could not be happier. Heat up much quicker, cool down much quicker, and handles don't get hot, washing anyway I please. |
