This is work that needs to be done yet. This past week at a conference when I asked about soil protection from covers as it pertains to RUSLE II - which doesn't reflect what they do - I was told it's being worked on. This is higher level stuff than we can do, however your observations, and mine are spot on that they are protecting our soils.

As you can see from a few comments here there's no recognition of your question.


If people folks that have soil loss issues quit planting soybeans, there would be less soil loss.
