It depends how well your soybean residue is spread out. If your residue is spread out well, no-tilling into the soybean stubble will work well.  IF you are seeing windrows of soybean residue, you are going to have stand issues if that residue is thick. You will need to find a way to spread that residue out. 

Beyond that..... yes, notilling into bean stubble is a great idea.
