I think this might give you a place to start. https://www.nass.usda.gov/Statistics_by_State/Minnesota/Publications... I can see the yields for soybeans and corn for 2017 and/or 2016 at this url. If you go to the quickstats link on the site you can filter by county and get multiple years for the period you are interested in seeing. Hope this helps.
