Southern manitoba | We grew 200 acres this year and it was accepted by a local malt place. They ship it all to Montreal in containers. Wanted low don and low protein and highe germ are important. They make malt specific for the craft industry. Said craft beer takes 4 to 5 time the malt a regular beer does. We grew synergy. I know it's hit and miss to get accepted but going to try a quarter again | |
