Subject: The bean chart has been remarked on.


There are some features on the recent soybean chart that deserve consideration. Below is the most recent March 19 soybean chart with a linear regression line and the probability limits drawn in. In addition I drew a line (black) along the approx. top of the intermediate highs for the past few months. The lower line, red arrow, can't be easily explained by the recent dry weather in Brazil because it extends back several months before anyone could anticipate the dry weather. So how can we explain it?
The upper blue line, I suppose can be explained as simply the top of the trading range?
It's not like there is any real shortage of beans in the world but it sure seems like somebody thinks beans are more valuable than stocks might suggest.
Any suggestions.
