Just because you put out 100lbs doesnt mean its all plant available nor that the plant will find it all even if it was available. In high ph soils P has more of a fighting chance at being available in a concentrated band than broadcast. Then there is moisture content or the lack of. Deeper placed has a much higher probability of always being in moisture compared to surface/shallow incorporation. | |
