Yeah why not put the litter on after wheat comes off then put covers crop in to scavenge the N and do some bio tillage and keep your soil structure and soil biology going... After no till beans, wheat and a cover you should about have it made.

If your worried about too much forage from the covers to no till corn into it you could rent it out to a neighbor with cattle to graze
