Sometimes a bit hard to figure when you are writing checks for next years inputs in sept when you have some old crop left in the bin, new crop in the field and some inputs bought for crop you haven’t planted yet. Farming takes a lot of capital. Usually alot more than you planned.
Other thing that you learn after a lot of years farming is that bankers want you to have a lot more of your money in crop when you don’t have as much and less when you have more..
