Grain or crops in storage/inventory, cash or investment in growing crops, prepaid expenses are all considered current assets or working capital in your current balance sheet ratio.

To answer the OP question, most conventional ag lenders, FArm Credit and your local big or small bank, won’t let you past go if your current ratio of assets to liabilities is under 50%. $/acre is a local thing. Like someone said, $200 is cash rent for some guys and total cop got others.

Look at your balance sheet and cash flow.
