With the FSA offices being closed due to the government shutdown is there anywhere else to get a wetlands determination done. I recently had a field tiled, determination already done, now an adjoining landlord wants to have a small area tiled while the tiling machine & equipment is still here but the farm hasn't had a wetlands determination as far as he knows.
