I realize you're talking about Arkansas but those numbers seem really off for what would have worked in the Eastern corn belt. Equipment is low for the acres and the net income is definitely high, at least for eastern corn belt. $100,000 in a tractor and tillage equipment would be very likely for that time period not counting planting harvesting etc. Look at the price of tractors from tractordata.com from that time period.
