What does IL use for a minimum rate. Wife use to own a catering business and was required to carry workmanship comp. Her rate based on wages would have been very reasonable but here in IN there was a minimum rate which raise her rate to about 10x what it would have been if just based on salary.
The minimum premium on most work comp policies is $750 - $1,000. |
Work Comp....on the farm employee.....
