There's a few other things that can work out, but all of them really depend on how much time you have on your hands to implement them. If you need to work 40-50 hours off farm each week to make things go around, then sometimes hiring your spraying, fertilizer application, whatever done might be the best ROI. There's plenty of examples of guys that work those kind of hours and try to do it all themselves that end up doing a poor job of both.
