Bought a new New Holland 450 in 2017. Great baler with amazing capacity, however one big design flaw. Main drive clutch is not heavy enough and I have burnt out 2 in 3000 bales. First one was fixed under warranty. They said we were pushing the baler too hard so I slowed down to the same speed we ran with our old rb454. Then the second clutch went, 5 days out of warranty and they said "sorry about your luck here's a bill'. After going to a different dealer we have come to the conclusion that we need to throw away the drive clutch the baler came with and install one that is meant for the 'roto cut' machine. Other than the main clutch, fantastic machine. I have got 75 bales an hour out of it in good heavy straw with nice long rounds.

That has been fixed starting on the 2018 models I believe. The CNH balers now have a cutout clutch on the driveline.
