Every two months, but because of doctors orders. I've got that fancy high iron blood and they need to siphon some out every now and then.
I never did before the doc started sending me. Not really sure why, I guess it never crossed my mind. Not too bad, just a lot of are you a hooker or paid a hooker type questions for 7 minutes of sitting in the chair lol.
