| I think you're on the right track. If we go back and look at the long term, where we've been and where we're headed, we go back to the bottom of Jan 2002. From Jan 2002 to the high of Sept 2012 we completed one of the most beautiful major bull markets I've ever seen, almost math perfect. Since 2012 we have been in a correction of that bull market. The Sept 2018 low completed the first leg of the correction. The market will retest that low to some degree. thats why I say 860, and that really would be an extreme in my opinion. The level to which we retest will depend on the fundamentals. Once that retest is complete I think we could see some very violent up moves in the near future with the ultimate goal being a retest of the 2012 high. I need to do some work on the time frame. | |
