My vote would be a 97' or newer Buick LaSabre. Good solid cars with the 3.8 engine. They are safe front wheel drive, my wife drove her 99' to 280,000 miles then turned it over to oldest son. He drove it over 400,000 miles, still was a solid car. We picked up a 98' for the second son, he drove it through college, now my youngest son is driving it in high school.
