Odd not one word about not letting scum touch, own or be 50 ft. from a weapon in the first place. But do not want to debate this again. Some people should not be allowed. Period.
On what basis would you take away his ( anybody's ) rights ?
Prior to this he was a "normal" person. I suppose you want Americans to PROVE they're innocent before enjoying their constitutional rights.
