SouthCentral WI | In this part of WI. you can look up the assessed value on the tax bill. I've always been a little suspect that it matches sales, but when I have done research , the value matched the last 3 years of sales. That is the how the assessment is suppose to work in WI. The only time this didn't hold true was after the crash in 07 / 08. The WI. dept of Revenue took it upon themselves to keep assessment higher than the fire sales that were taking place. (Right or wrong, I'm not passing judgement)
