West Central IL | What i make out of it, it has a new tenant, and the previous put on fertilizer OR it went from the old to the new, the new put on fertilizer, and now the old one is buying it. Either way, i would think the fertilizer would have been cheaper applied un the fall, so wouldnt current tenant be more willing to pay for the fertilizer? Or is he expecting to be a loss to the applier since its such a jumbled up mess? | |
