We use KNO3. Usually mix that and Urea to get 10# N and 10# K in a pass if I don't mind putting that much water. The KNO3 doesn't dissolve quite as easy as the Urea, but it's not bad with good agitation. Usually get it into a sort of slurry in my mix tank and pump it into the sprayer. You can go as high as 1# of dry material per gallon of spray solution. Expect some leaf speckling.

Hadn't realized you could dissolve KCL to spray, I may need to look into that. That could be a good deal cheaper.
