Manitoba | looking at upgrading our 2630 screens. was planning on going with 4640's. i have versatile tractors using deere gps so the 4640 is the universal display as i understand it. salesman told me deere now offers a 4240 screen which is same thing just 1 inch narrower. is this true and will i like it? has anyone tried it and found the larger 4640 screen was worth the extra cost. its about 4000 canadian dollars extra for the 4640 versus 4240 (this extra includes lifetime autotrac activation in both options). all i do with screen is autotrac and section control. we aren't big into tech stuff so probably aren't using all the options these things offer us. also i can still trade in for new 2630's but afraid if i go with new 2630's they;ll be obsolete soon as the 46xx's become more standard in equipment. your thoughts. | |
