Central IL | 2 # hamburger
1 # sausage
1 cup bread crums
2 eggs
1/4 cup half & half
4 cloves garlic
some onion
some green pepper
some black pepper
1 tsp Kosher salt
some Worcestershire sauce
some soy sauce
some rub mixed in and then cover top of meatloaf with rub before going on smoker
BBQ sauce glazed on at 150 degrees internal and cooked to 160 degrees internal
I will probably try mixing meat half beef and half pork next time, as it was a little on the dry side
