Tuscola, IL | That to me is where I would like to have the planter shut off. Another 4-6 seeds would be perfect. I run into all different theories on this. Some guys want it to stop right at the last headland row, others want it to stop somewhere between the last and second to last row. My personal theory is just enough room for the snout on the corn head to get through. I don’t want a gap that lets weeds grow, but I don’t want them right against each other either. | |
