No it just means I have not tested dozens of treatments many times. If you would like I can post every product I've tried and the replicated results. We can apply stats to them, too.

As as been talked about today there are many times these "alternative" products won't work and they do work in some cases. The litmus test of "work" depends on your definition. As far as herbicides that means minimum of 80% control to consider it "works". Same goes for fertilizer recs that were derived from studies at land grants. Look them up and you can see why "optimum" levels get X amt of fertilizer and a positive response comes a large majority of the time when you apply that.


80% weed control is a failure. Any body that thinks other wise doesn't understand reality.


I can get >99% weed control with the cultivator and it still looks ugly if I don't walk the beans.
