I started out by rolling my foot on a can. I brought home a piece of pipe from the shop because I felt like I was going to crush the can. It helped almost immediately. It helps if you can keep your toes bent upward while you are doing it. Massaging it while holding your toes bent upward is beneficial as well. | |
