I've said it before and I'll say it again. "They" are going to industrialize the middle of the U.S for the left and right coasts. Kinda on that trend already, wether it's oil, coal, wind or solar. Maybe I'm wrong, but oh well, I have been before.
Could have the cows under the solar panels. High enough that they still get the shade and the panels still get the sun.
