| I don’t see this trend slowing much, technological advances will accelerate it IMO. The great WWW has changed the structure of rural small towns. No need for parts stores/grocery/ etc
I try to shop locally as much as I can but when a part is 1/3 the price on Rock auto vs local store it’s tough.
It’s sad I can remember the Chevy and ford dealerships, multiple mechanic shops, multiple welding shops. All gone in my life... it is what it is.
