I do like Dave does. At the end of season it gets powerwashed then sprayed down with oil mix. Washing a discbine is one dirty job and takes to long to get all that caked on hay off the under side.
Found out years ago oat hay needs to be cleaned off when done or it tends to work on the paint worse that alfalfa grass.
