I proposed a deal like that once.....

Biggest issue some foresaw..... if the dike break town will be screwed.....

I responded if we get enough to topple a 26’ freeboard dike....town was going to be in trouble anyway

Other issue was they knew we couldn’t get any upland help from neighbors...and worried about it silting in to fast.... pretty sad on 2500 acres watershed.
