The 2000 IH 9400 that I drive daily has 2 outlets on the back of the cab.
One has a label above it saying that it is wired for ABS, while the other one doesn't.
I just assumed that the labelled one was used when pulling a trailer with ABS, and use the other one for a non-ABS trailer. Maybe not, IDK.
The trailers I drag around have ABS, so I've never used the other outlet.
